Step three:
New Home Review
We met with our Production Manager to go
over all the details and make sure that everything we selected in the showroom
was on his list. It was at this meeting that we learned of a huge miss
communication. We had assumed our home would be garage right as the mock
picture shows and as the model home is. But it turns out that our lot only
allowed for our home to be built Garage left. This would not seem like
such a huge issue except we picked out lot based on garage right because then
our bedroom windows face a wooded lot and the side of our garage faced out
neighbors back yard. Now our neighbors backyard will have a lovely view of our
bedrooms. If we had known this at the time we would have selected another
lot.
At this meeting we got what we had been
longing for...The Blueprints! Not a mock drawing of a house like ours,
but the real blueprints of our house with our specifications.
